My fitness and athletic background spans most of my life including swimming in high school, weight training in college, and CrossFit for the last 5 years. Throughout that time I’ve gained knowledge of many different training styles and disciplines and I’ve always had an affinity towards coaching others and improving their lives any way I can. I believe in helping people find their limits, challenging those limits, and showing them what they are truly capable of inside and out of the gym.
