It's the holidays, you're doing great and you're hitting the gym, but maybe your workouts are feeling stale, or you want a little extra motivation from a kick-ass instructor and a class full of moral support. For the next 12 days, we've got you hooked up with high energy class options to keep you sweating and maximize your calorie burn. Time to get classy!


Day One: Turbo Kick
Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss!

Day Two: HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is cardio training where short, very high intensity intervals are combined with longer, slower intervals to recover. Increase metabolism, muscle mass and performance, and burn fat using a variety of equipment or just your own body weight.

Day Three: Spinning
An indoor cycling class that is physically as well as mentally challenging. The instructor leads a journey of workout phases, including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, warm-down and stretches. Each individual controls the intensity by adjustments made to the bike. • Reserve your spot up to 60 minutes before class.

Day Four: Tread & Shred
Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity combo class of treadmill work and strength training. Time is split between short, intense treadmill intervals and resistance strength training exercises leaving you fitter, faster and feeling great. • Reserve your spot up to 60 minutes before class.

Day Five: TACFIT
This class uses intense, fast paced circuits, tactically-specific movements and a training wave that syncs up with the body’s natural energy and recovery patterns. With three levels of difficulty (beginner to advanced), all exercises are chosen to improve body awareness, joint mobility, cardiovascular endurance and strength. TACFIT will get you functionally stronger, help injury-proof your body, help recover from former injuries, prevent over-training and increase range of motion.

Day 6: BodyPump
BODYPUMP is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven formula: THE REP EFFECT, a breakthrough in resistance training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions, burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle. • Reserve your spot up to 60 minutes before class.

Day 7: GRIT Cardio
LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a high-impact cardio workout like nothing else. Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive, 30-minute workout combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

Day 8: Total Body Training
An endurance extravaganza! Sometimes a sport-specific circuit, sometimes a cardiovascular marathon — always a challenge. Improve strength, balance and agility utilizing the latest in exercise equipment and techniques.

Day 9: LSAC CXWORX & GRIT Strength Pop-Up Classes
These classes will be gone soon, so take advantage of these back to back classes to start your week off right.  CXWORX is a half-hour core-based strength workout that hones the muscles of your upper body and torso, while GRIT Strength is an intense 30-minute team training workout that will blast all major muscle groups and take your strength into another zone.
LSAC, Mondays 5:30-6:30AM for both classes through December 26th.

Day 10: Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a modern form of yoga that combines Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, cardiovascular fitness and core work. This yoga class uses weights to strengthen the practice, while helping tone and shape the body. Burn calories, build stamina, increase strength and flexibility and increase lean muscle mass.

Day 11: Aerial Cardio + Strength
Do you want to get stronger without lifting weights? This class is a hard core workout to build core, arm and leg strength. This class uses your own body weight and the hammock to get you (or keep you) in top athletic shape. Join us for this creative and fun alternative for physical fitness. Anyone can do it and no experience is required. Our trained instructors will teach you everything you need to know in order to enjoy a safe and satisfying work out. • Reserve your spot up to 60 minutes before class.

Day 12: BODYJAM
BODYJAM is the cardio workout with an addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds, putting the emphasis on having fun as much as on breaking a sweat. If you want to dance, there’s nothing like it. House, Hip-Hop, Drum n Bass, trap, all styles of electronic dance music, it’s the soul of BODYJAM.
