Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one consummate and compelling training experience. What does that mean? With F45 training you get:

The great thing about this combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training is that it's proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. All that in just 45 minutes! "Members want intense quick workouts and to move on with their day," says lead trainer Katie Duffy. "This is IT!"

"I am a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor so F45 fits my training style very well," says Duffy. "My first class was awesome. The energy in the room between the trainers and the members pushed me to another level. I absolutely loved the music selection from the DJ, and I left excited to take class the following day."

F45 Training has 27 different 45 minute workout experiences, so you will never get bored or suffer from repetition malaise. Your body also benefits from the variety, as all the workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body and to make you look, move and perform better in all aspects of your life.

For those with a little competitive spirit, the small group atmosphere may provide an extra push to your progress. "I enjoyed secretly pushing myself harder than the member next to me," says Duffy. "Group workouts are super motivating to me."

If you are new to working out, F45 Training is a great way to receive top of the line workouts with accountability to keep you on track. Modifications are always available based on your personal fitness level, but having trainers there to motivate and guide you can help your workouts be more effective. According to Duffy, "Communication with the F45 Trainers is crucial for each member looking to get the best out of his/her workout."
