Weekend Workout Forum
Want some free personal training? Of course, don't we all. Our answer to this need is our Weekend Workout Forum. These amazing FREE sessions are presented by our top-notch personal trainers on a variety of topics like mastering kettlebell moves to best nutrition practices to foam roller techniques. A different workshop at every club, you can check out the schedules here.
The best deal in town to try out indoor climbing and fall in love - with the safety of a harness of course. At each of our clubs with Climbing Walls (Evanston, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park's seasonal outdoor) one of our phenomenal climbing instructors will be on hand to tie you in and offer you a few climbs up our main wall and/or introduce you to our bouldering cave. We've got you covered with complimentary climbing shoes and a harness, you just wear something comfortable to climb in. Not a member? No problem! You can get a guest pass or purchase a day pass and participate. This is not a class, but a great chance to experience what climbing at the clubs is all about!

All Access PreNatal classes
Mommas-to-be deserve the very best, and have some special requirements when it comes to working out for two. We make it easier for expecting mothers by making our pre and postnatal workout classes all access, all the time. That way you can work us into your very, very busy schedule. Just let your membership advisor know and they will note your account for the duration of your pregnancy.
