GROUP FITNESS 2020 RETURN...THIS IS HOW WE DO IT

We are so excited to welcome you back into our studios! We have missed you tremendously and look forward to getting back to it. But, some things have changed…

SCHEDULES
Our Group Fitness schedules look different. We are re-opening the clubs with a reduced schedule. We will be assessing the schedule weekly and adding more classes as needed. We have also shifted some class times to allow 15 minutes between each class for cleaning and sanitization and to manage traffic between studios to avoid large gatherings. You will see many of your favorite instructors, although others are waiting before they return to teach.

You will also notice that some classes have been removed from the schedule for now due to social distancing guidelines and/or equipment limitations or low demand. These classes include: all Aqua classes, BURN, Tread & Shred, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Pre/postnatal, TRX and Kickboxing Skills and Drills.

EQUIPMENT
Coming to yoga? BYOM. Bring Your Own Mat.

Some equipment will be restricted from use because of the material and difficulty in sanitizing or nature of use. This equipment includes: Yoga mats, straps and blocks, TRX Suspension Units, Boxing gloves, mitts and wraps, Lebert Buddy Systems, cones and agility ladders and foam rollers.

Because it’s BYOM, CAC will have a stock of Manduka X Yoga Mats available for purchase at the front desks. These mats retail at $58, but we are selling them for $40.

When you bring your own mat into the clubs, we ask that you sanitize it when you enter the club.

FLOORS MARKED FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING
The floors in the studios without set equipment have stickers to indicate member placement to adhere to physical distancing guidelines.

All classes, yes ALL of them, require a reservation. Book your spot on our new app 24 hours in advance! If the class is full, don’t worry, you can book a spot and you’ll be put on the waitlist. And remember to wear your mask to class (and everywhere else in the club)! Our instructors are ready to lead and motivate you through your workout. We are prepared to offer many modifications and options for recovery.
