Finding the best Keto restaurants in Chicago can be difficult! Chicago has plenty to offer, whether you are in the mood for something light and refreshing or heavy and decadent. Due to the sheer volume of culinary options, finding keto restaurants in Chicago can be time-consuming and intimidating.

But the last thing you want is to end up somewhere where the only thing you can eat is a side salad. Fear not; we’ve got you covered!

We’ve tasted food around the city and rounded up Chicago's top keto-friendly restaurants, so you know exactly where to go the next time you’re going out to eat. If you're dining with friends that are not on the Keto diet, many of these restaurants have non-Keto options too!

  • Santa Fe Salad — roasted chicken, avocado, Roma tomatoes, red onion, corn (we took out the corn), and white cheddar with greens. Tossed in house-made chipotle ranch dressing.
  • Mediterranean Salad — lemon hummus, feta, Roma tomatoes, red onion, and English cucumber on top of mixed greens. Served with red wine vinaigrette.
  • Chicken Pesto — grilled chicken with house-blend special seasoning, fresh baby mozzarella cheese, house-made almond toasted pesto, red onion, Roma tomatoes, garlic aioli, and greens. • Melanzana alla Emilia Romagna — baked and almond breaded eggplant topped with caramélisée onions and goat cheese, served with tomato basil sauce. This eggplant was phenomenal, but we recommend asking for the sauce on the side, that way you can dip the eggplant in it as you wish to control your intake of the sauce.
