Ken is a Certified Yoga Instructor and yoga enthusiast. He believes, and knows from experience, that the practice of yoga can transform your life over time. Ken teaches yoga as a system of philosophy and science designed to reach your highest human potential with a peaceful and loving mind. He has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and continues studying ancient texts and attending classes taught by yoga masters.He teaches each class using the breath as a guide to connect one pose to the next and by honoring the queues your body gives you. The goal of each class is to be present for the experience and to have a relationship to the present moment.
