As a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I help clients build strength,
move pain-free, and feel more confident in their bodies both in and out of the gym. My
approach blends evidence-based training with solution-focused coaching, meaning we
work together to identify what’s already working and build on your strengths, rather than
focusing on limitations.
Whether you're recovering from injuries, improving your
functional fitness, or striving for new performance goals, I prioritize a client-centered
approach that adapts to your needs, lifestyle, and motivation. Training with me isn’t
about one-size-fits-all programs; it’s about building sustainable progress and celebrating
every win, big or small. I am proud to offer inclusive coaching for both English and
Spanish-speaking clients.
