Those of you who are fortunate enough to know me, know I love the interval known as TABATA. TABATA is 8-20 second rounds of work, followed by 8-10 second rounds of rest, total length is 4 minutes. Super short, super effective. Odds are if you have trained with me, I have made you TABATA.
I have been loving this medball series for a while now, and thought it was worthy of sharing.
