I am a NASM-certified personal trainer who helps busy people get stronger, healthier, and more energized without wasting time on unnecessary junk volume. My approach is built around structured, efficient training that fits real life. I developed this philosophy while working long, demanding hours behind the scenes in the film industry, where staying strong and injury-free wasn’t optional—it was essential. Training became my way to maintain energy, resilience, and peak performance despite an unpredictable schedule. My coaching is informed by years of hands-on experience in sports, including soccer and rowing crew, combined with a deep understanding of strength training and recovery. Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, losing weight, or simply feeling better in your body, I design programs that are intentional, effective, and tailored specifically to you.
