Erin loves to share her joy for movement with the world and has been working in fitness for over a decade. After spending fifteen years as a competitive dancer, she traded in her tap shoes for sneakers and hit the ground running (literally!)

Erin is an NASM certified personal trainer and holds certifications as a Mat Pilates and Trauma Conscious Yoga instructor. Beyond the physical benefits of exercise, she advocates for its ability to support mental and emotional wellness.

Her open playfulness invites you to explore your capabilities and try something new. She encourages listening to your body while offering challenges that guide you to meet your edge. Through coaching, Erin hopes to create space for you to realize that everything you need is already inside you whenever you’re ready to tap into that power.

If you don’t catch Erin in the gym, you can usually find her dancing in the kitchen with her pets or running toward the nearest nature space!
