Introduction
We all come to fitness for many different, personal reasons, but there’s one each one of us share in common which sits at the center of my training philosophy: to feel better than you did before. The promise I make to you is that you walk out of the gym stronger, healthier, and happier than you were when you walked in — whether it’s from getting your heart rate up, reaching and surpassing your fitness goals, successfully navigating basic corrective exercise, or simply the emotional and self-efficacy boosts of a workout well-executed.
