This workshop will show you how the benefits of a regular yoga practice help you maintain a healthy and injury free body during the season.  We will go through an appropriate yoga focused warm-up and recovery techniques that will lengthen tight muscles and strengthen weak  muscles providing you with the muscular and structural balance you need for an injury free season.
