Gravity vs. Levity: You’ll be on the ground and in the air in this whole-body fusion of fitness techniques. Using aerial hammock, a barre, and exercise balls, this unique hi-intensity workout features elements of aerial strength conditioning for your arms and core, aerial yoga for balance and core strength, and barre moves for flexible lean legs and great abs! You’ll enjoy all of this with some fun and funky music because, like James Brown said, you have to “get on up” to get down!
