LVAC Pop Up: Breathe and Chill

9:45-10:00am in Studio 4 with Gina S.   Sit back, relax and be led into a deep state of relaxation. Students will be led through breathing exercises and a guided meditation. The combination of breathing and meditation activates your parasympathetic nervous system which helps slow or stop the production of stress hormones. In just 15 minutes you can literally change your nervous system and the effects are long lasting. No experience necessary or sign up required.
