April 13, 20189:00-10:00am in Studio 4 with Dmitrij G. Experience Tai Chi from a more Western approach. Incorporating postures and sequences from the 108-move set of Tai Chi, this class also works with traditional yoga positions to teach Tai Chi in less complicated movements, providing even beginner students the opportunity to experience the benefits of meditative movement. Open to all levels. Loose fitting clothes with some flexibility are suggested, and either gym shoes or bare feet.
