Upper Crossed Syndrome: Chronic Tension in neck and shoulders can cause headaches, shoulder pain, lower back pain and many other issues. Long hours on computer, cell phone or any sedentary job may cause shoulders to round, chest to collapse and neck muscles to shorten. This workshop led by Yoga instructor Ken C. and Personal Trainer Katie M. focuses on helping you relieve neck and shoulder tension. Students will learn yoga poses and stretches that they can practice regularly to improve posture and follow healthy body mechanics. No registration needed.
