9:30 to 11:00am in Studio 2 with Whitney P. Chronic tightness in the chest and shoulders can create poor posture, neck pain, and headaches, and it can even affect your mood and the way you breathe! Desk work, cell phone use, and Chicago weather all contribute to these issues. Join Whitney Pasch, certified Yoga Therapist, for a special class to target mobility in the chest, upper back, shoulders, and neck. Expect postures and movements that open the shoulder girdle and thoracic spine, including twists and backbends. This class is appropriate for all levels, as the student is encouraged to take it at his or her own pace.
