Linda will start the 30 minute functional core workout with a 15 minute technique breakdown for the more complex movements in CXWORX. This workout will teach you how to properly isolate different areas of the core. If you are looking for a workout that will improve muscle imbalances, help improve muscular endurance, and tone the core CXWORX is for you. Different variations of each exercise are taught to cater to all fitness levels. No sign up is necessary.
