Looking for a great work out and information session on running injury prevention? As winter approaches take a moment to focus on all aspects of your running including your strength and mobility to maintain fitness and stay injury free between training seasons. NovaCare Rehabilitation's physical therapist, Erin Lamb, PT, DPT, COMT and Boston Marathon finisher will coach you through key strength and mobility exercises to prevent injury and keep your body in it's best running form. Clinic is open to all levels of athletes. Bring your work out clothes and get ready to take your running to the next level!
