Program Description

Chicago Athletic Clubs operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current members regarding membership inquiries, appointment confirmations, and club information. Messages are sent by or on behalf of Chicago Athletic Clubs.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Chicago Athletic Clubs by submitting a web form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox, or by texting a keyword to a designated number as communicated in our marketing materials.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. You may receive up to 10 messages per month in connection with your membership inquiry or membership.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Chicago Athletic Clubs is not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy — Mobile Number Sharing

SMS messages may not be available on all carriers. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and MetroPCS.
