Why should you join the Chicago Triathlon Club?

Our Chicago Triathlon Club provides unique communities of multi-sport athletes looking to train with and hang out with other members who have the same passion for swimming, biking, and running (and socializing). Our CAC Triathlon Club is no different. Our Chicago Triathletes train hard and play hard. We hang out often outside of the club through various group events organized during the week and on the weekends. This includes team-organized runs/rides, coach-organized informational clinics, team social activities, volunteering, and cheering each other on at races.

 

Chicago Triathlon Club Details

Our professionally-structured triathlon training program in Chicago provides you with the highest level of coaching in the city. Our experienced coaches and fitness professionals will help you improve speed and endurance in all disciplines of the triathlon: swimming, running, biking, transitions, and fueling. They are proficient in all distances, from sprint to IRONMAN. Get the expert insight, group support, and program accountability you need to excel as a triathlete. The club offers members up to:

 

  • Four coached group sessions per week (included when you sign up for the Tri Club Training Team)
  • Customized, targeted training programs (included for both Tri Club Training Team members and Social + Online training)

The program will target form, technique, and focused skills in the areas of swimming, biking, running, and strength, ensuring athletes are prepared for their first triathlon or next PR. Our annual social membership is a great option for members and non-members alike who enjoy the social aspect of the Triathlon Club but who may not be interested in or have the time to participate in the group workouts

 

This membership is designed for those who enjoy the social aspect of the Triathlon Club, want to train independently, but would like to follow one of our online training programs for all race distances and racing styles.

 

Our Chicago Triathlon Training Team membership is a great option for members and non-members alike who enjoy and are motivated by group workout settings, and those who are looking for more hands-on coaching.

Online Triathlon Training Program

 

Our Online Triathlon Training Program Memberships are $50 each month, which includes:

TRIATHLON SWIM: PREPARE FOR NEXT SEASON!

 

Geared toward: swimmers of all levels, but especially those looking to improve their form and endurance. *Swimmers should be able to swim at least 100 yards without stopping (no matter their speed). 

  • LPAC Pool
  • January 8th - February 26th : Wednesdays 6:00  - 7:00 am

  • Price: 75/month for existing Tri Club AND/OR CAC members and $110 for new members
  •  Hosted by: CAC Tri-Club Coaches Chaz and Lisa will rotate weekly

 

TRIATHLON TRAINING TEAM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES: 


  • Full Training Program (all distances) delivered through TrainingPeaks

Levels from beginner to intermediate.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR TRI-CLUB 2025!

Season Starts: March 17th - August 24th

Registration fee: $100; 50% off for returning members.

REGISTRATION FEE PER MONTH: 

$130/month returning members

$160/month new members

Members will receive a CAC shirt and swim cap.
