What is important for me as your Trainer is to help you succeed in your personal fitness goals. In essence, fitness needs to be a fun and enthusiastic part of your life. To feel good on a daily basis, I believe it to be very important to incorporate some form of energy flow into your repertoire–be it through meditation, explosive activity, endurance activities, strength training, or yoga. Our mind, body, spirit need to have daily positive flow to cultivate enhanced life functioning.
