Shauna Babcock

Shauna has been teaching yoga since 2008. She is passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga with her students, including increased energy, confidence, joy and clarity.  A runner and weightlifter for over 20 years, Shauna’s professional background is in Learning & Leadership Development as corporate trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant. Her practice of yoga is informed by her work with individuals and teams to increase skills, open possibilities, foster alignment, engagement and authenticity. She is grateful for the many ways yoga informs her work and vice versa.
