Kelly began practicing yoga to relieve daily stress and quickly fell in love with the practice for its mental and physical benefits. After two years of daily yoga, she decided to dive deeper into her practice by completing a 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica. Kelly believes yoga can benefit everyone, so she aims to teach in a way that is approachable and accessible to all. Her goal is to facilitate an environment where students can enjoy both an external and internal experience during class. In her classes, she emphasizes proper alignment while encouraging students to go deeper than the poses and connect to their own inner truth.
