Barbara completed her certification to teach Pilates mat classes at Chicago Pilates in 2006 and has been teaching at EAC ever since. Barbara encourages participants to work at their own level in order to accomplish core fitness goals safely by focusing on making a mind body connection. This process may require modifying exercises at the beginning of one's practice or challenging oneself by increasing intensity levels. Barbara believes exercise should be fun as well as beneficial to everyone! Barbara is currently subbing for various Pilates formats.
