Developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920s, Pilates is a system of exercise that targets the deep muscles of the abdominals and spine to strengthen your body from the inside out. Our Chicago Athletic Clubs Pilates Mat classes offer the many benefits of traditional Pilates sessions without the extensive equipment. Our Pilates instructors will guide you through these movements and help you find any modifications you may need. Lengthen and tone your muscles with these Chicago Pilates group fitness classes, designed to help develop a longer, leaner you.
Our Pilates Mat classes are available at all of our Chicago gym locations. Thins includes our Chicago Lincoln Square gym, Chicago Bucktown gym, Chicago Lincoln Park gym, Evanston gym, Chicago Lakeview gym, Chicago West Loop gym, and Chicago Wicker Park gym.
