Olympic snatch is a frequently used exercise in many strength & conditioning programs. Learning the proper form for this exercise will allow you to lift very explosively and with bio-mechanics similar to that seen in many other athletic movements such running and jumping. Jordan Foreman, Expert Trainer and former competitive lifter, will coach you through this highly technical exercise.
