Join us for an in-depth 6 week journey into one of the most effective tools in the gym for building your strength, improving your power, and burning fat: The Kettlebell.
This program teaches you the 6 fundamental movements: squat, lunge, hip hinge, push, pull, and loaded carry. Some of the exercises you will learn: deadlifts, farmers carry, kettlebell swings, kettlebell cleans, rowing, pressing, squats, and LOTS of planks and core work!
Open to all fitness levels, beginners are highly encouraged to sign-up.
