People think being fit is all physical. FIT is a feeling of strength and the motivation to keep going even when it gets tough. In this eight-week small group training program we'll focus on total body strength circuits that will have you feeling strong- physically and mentally. You will receive the benefits of semi-individualized training and the motivation and accountability of being part of a group. So show up, get fit and be ready to keep each other accountable!

Due to limited spacing, a waitlist will be put in place for registrations received past the 6 participant limit.  You will be contacted by our small group training department to let you know if you have been place on our waitlist. Your card will not be charged if you are on the waitlist until you have received confirmation of an open spot that has become available.
