This 6 week program will focus on teaching women the basic fundamental movements to stay fit, strong, and healthy. The movements include: pull, push, squat, hip hinge, lunge, and loaded carry. Getting a better understanding of these patterns will allow you to transform your workouts to achieve any desired fitness goal. Class will also include HIIT circuits and mobility work.

Due to limited spacing, a waitlist will be put in place for registrations received past the 6 participant limit.  You will be contacted by our small group training department to let you know if you have been place on our waitlist. Your card will not be charged if you are on the waitlist until you have received confirmation of an open spot that has become available.
