TRX Bootcamp Small Group Training
Meets Thursdays from 7:00-8:00pm

This program focuses on the building of lean muscles and cardiovascular strength utilizing the TRX ropes and various other equipment. Body fat assessment, body circumference recording, and take-home programming accompany the weekly class.
Class size is limited to 6 participants. You will receive confirmation of registration from an instructor. In the case that the class is filled before your registration is received, you will be notified and your card will not be charged. Please wait for registration confirmation before attending class.
TRX Bootcamp is an ongoing monthly training program. Monthly payments are charged automatically on the first of every month. If you no longer wish to participate in the program, you must confirm cancellation with your instructor no later that the 20th of the month to stop payment for the following month.
