Introduction
A quote that inspires my programming is “move well, then move often.” Functional strength is realized through stability and mobility. I want to help people connect with their muscles and complete foundational movements; such as squatting and lunging. Movements perfected in the gym, can be applied to day-to-day activities and the workout never ends!
I often see people performing the wrong exercises or performing them poorly. Any exercise is better than none, but things can easily shift to counter-productive. My goal is not just to provide a series of exercises, but an understanding of how and why they’re beneficial.
