Swimming is an essential and lifesaving skill that everyone should possess. I fell in love with swimming at age 4 when I took swim lessons at my local YMCA. I swam competitively as an age group swimmer through college. I teach private lessons and group classes at CAC, and coach the Masters team. I enjoy working with all ages and skill levels. Teaching is my passion, and I love guiding my students towards becoming more confident and efficient swimmers!
