I love sports and grew up playing soccer my whole childhood. My first experience with training and rehabilitation came when I tore my ACL and meniscus. It was my first experience to training myself out from a deficit and I learned about the great physical and psychological challenge that it can have. I was completely absorbed in getting my knee back to where it was before. Ever since I have been dedicated to learning how to continually improve myself in the gym. With a degree in Kinesiology from UIC and my additional experiences as a Rehab Aide in physical therapy clinics, I wish to teach what I learned to help others achieve their goals in the gym 🙂.
Education
UIC with a degree in Kinesiology in 2021. I'll be starting physical therapy school at Northwestern this August.
