Fitness has always been a passion of mine - stemming from my early years as a competitive athlete to today, where I strive to be the best physically active person I can be. Physical activity is an important factor affecting our everyday health, and by making it a habit now will establish benefits for the future. By working with me, we will develop a working friendship where I can help motivate you and encourage you to meet your goals. I believe in making individualized programs that cater to each person’s needs and wants. Whether your goal is to improve you strength, muscular endurance, anaerobic power, aerobic endurance or simply to get in better shape - I can provide you with the tools needed to succeed. My degree, along with my certifications from National Strength Conditioning Association and PTA Global, has provided me with the experience and knowledge to succeed in the fitness industry.
