I am an active adventure racer, a 2nd degree black belt and Taekwondo, and have over ten years of professional instruction experience. I specialize in weight control, functional strength, and endurance training for a variety of sports and hobbies.
My mission is to help you find out what you need and help you achieve your personal best, and have fun doing it. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, or brand new to the gym, it’s important to remember that the only person you can compare yourself against is yourself, yesterday. I am here to teach you how, and to inspire you to reach tomorrow one step closer to your goal than you were today. We all start at the beginning; I’m here to teach you what it takes to cross the finish line.
