Fitness and wellness ultimately come down to a simple principles, connecting with your body and pushing out of your comfort zone. I consider the time spent in the gym to be the most valuable, this time investing in your self yields returns. If you take time to invest in your self, you are taking time to improve all aspects of your life. I personally know the struggle of balancing a career, with family and fitness-- and experienced my own success with weightloss. It's not an easy path, making time for yourself is crucial; 1 hour is 4% of your day. If you can't be good to yourself, how can you be good for anyone else. Your goals will get you started, results will keep you going, determination of a strong mind will yield a string body. Whether you are an avid athlete or just starting out I will provide individualized programming, support and tools to get the results you seek.
When not Personal Training or Teaching, Donna can be found competing in fitness competitions, running races, sharing wellness, enjoying the city and being active with her family and friends.
