Stacy Hague

I'm a born and raised Chicagoan who loves the sun and being in water. I grew up playing multiple sports but happened to obtain an extensive amount of experience as a competitive triathlete and collegiate runner; competing in over 30 amateur USAT sanctioned triathlons, representing USA in Canada and Mexico for the Pan American Championships, and running for a division I Big Ten University. Through all my experiences, with some of the best athletes and coaches in the U.S, I learned a great deal about myself; my body, my emotional and spiritual disposition as well as about the indispensable essentials of training that I call my ABCs; awareness, balance, and consistency. I received my bachelors in Food Science and Human Nutrition and I have a passion for holistic health practices especially in the realm of healthy eating and stress reduction. I have a pretty laid back personality which I think compliments my intense performance experience and disciplined, regimented schedule. At the core of my athleticism is a deep desire to express my love and gratitude for my body and all it’s abilities. Motivated by the countless gifts of guidance given to me by the extraordinary coaches in my life, I desire to pass on my knowledge about physical fitness and health in a fun and motivating manner to those interested in digging deeper to discover for themselves their body’s potential. I don’t care what you look like, your body is amazingly beautiful and awe inspiring, it all starts with gratitude. If you want to be fit, healthy, less anxious, increase your overall happiness and become the best version of yourself I would love to learn about your goals and help you reach them! I fully understand how difficult it can be to keep a balanced life and train in a way that ensures you the results you want. I'm here to help! Let me do the dirty work! You just show up, have a great time and leave feeling awesome!
