Sarah is a former dancer, cheerleader, tumbler, and softball player who knew after a few years that the corporate sedentary lifestyle was not for her. She is now a certified yoga teacher, ACE certified personal trainer, and a graduate from Malcolm X’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. Sarah made the decision to dive headfirst into committing to this career and lifestyle and she has never looked back. She incorporates her various areas of knowledge to inspire people to move in functional, dynamic, and sustainable ways providing her clients the chance to move WELL and feel STRONG. Her love for music, movement, and laughter cultivate a safe and healing space for all to explore and reconnect with themselves and others. Sarah is a firm believer that movement is medicine and is grateful every single day this wild ride of life led her here.
