Samantha took her first yoga class in 2005, when she was attending the University of Iowa. Always an athlete, she was first drawn to the physical part of her yoga practice. Then, Samantha noticed positive changes mentally from being an avid practitioner and has never felt better! In 2010, Samantha decided it was time to take her study of yoga to the next level, and receive her 200-hour teacher certificate. She looks forward to guiding each practice full of fun and safety. Samantha loves being active, music, spending time with family and friends and her German Shepard, Mazzy.
