**Introduction
**From a young age, I trained in classical ballet and then worked professionally as a ballet dancer in Europe for over a decade, performing all around the world. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how the body moves and functions. I've always been passionate about staying active and healthy and love helping others do the same. We can work closely to create a tailored plan that will help you achieve your goals.

**Specialties
**General health & wellness, strength training, flexibility

**Location:** Lakeview
