Raul Diaz has been in the fitness industry for over three years. What initially drew him to the fitness industry after spending nearly a decade in banking was a desire to change his life. Bad eating habits and a lack of exercise had led to him gaining 30 pounds in 2013. At that point, he decided that enough was enough and began his weight loss journey. Since then, Raul has lost 40 pounds thanks to eating clean, exercising hard, and being in positive environments in the different clubs he’s worked at. Raul’s creed is “Don’t lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations.” In his spare time, you can catch Raul training in different martial arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. He’s also a huge Bulls fan, and if he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to freeze time.
