Raquel began her career at Chicago Athletic Clubs in 2012. She was inspired to follow the path of becoming instructor after being a member of CAC and experiencing the excellent motivation and dedication by the group fitness instructor team.

Raquel believes in a mind body connection for mental and physical health and brings that philosophy to the classes she teaches. She also believes in a strong sense of community to achieve fitness goals, promote accountability and most importantly to have fun! Raquel is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in private practice in Chicago. When she is not training she enjoys spending time with her family, completing triathlons and traveling.

Her certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Madd Dogg Spinning, TRX, Body Pump, Sprint (Les Mills).
