Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2002. At first, she was drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, discovering new muscles and ways to challenge her body. Slowly, she began to notice the calming and revitalizing effects that yoga had on her mind. Yoga helped keep her centered during her career as a lawyer. She now teaches yoga full time and is passionate about bringing yoga to corporate professionals in high stress work environments. Yoga has also helped Nicole recover from a serious neck injury, and most recently, through her pregnancy. Nicole continues to practice yoga and meditation daily and her classes are influenced by her studies of the Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Vinyasa flow styles of yoga.
