With sports always being a huge part of my life, fitness is something I’ve been exposed to forever. I was at least a three-sport athlete from the time I could walk up until a shoulder injury kept me from pursuing baseball or football at the collegiate level. Shortly after completely my undergrad at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, I started working at a gym and I haven’t looked back since. I have a background in working with clients of all ages and all fitness levels, which is what I love most about this profession. We all have goals when it comes to fitness/lifestyle and in more cases than not, we all need someone to help hold us accountable in order to achieve them. Whether it is to get stronger, shed some body fat, feel better doing your everyday activities, etc.; no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, I’m ready to jump aboard and assist you in reaching your goals and living a healthier life!
