Melinda started her career as a member and participant of classes here at CAC. Once she fell in love with exercise, she began her own journey in 2017. Since then, she has added more classes, including BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, GRIT, CX, HIIT and STUDIO STRENGTH to her schedule.
When she is not in the gym, Melinda spends her time dog-walking (so if you need a dog walker, look no further!). Whether it's humans or dogs, Melinda just wants everyone to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle!
