Meg grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Lincoln Park after graduating from Notre Dame in 2021. She has always loved having an active lifestyle and is a big advocate of movement as a form of medicine! After 2 years of regularly attending BODYPUMP, she saw the undeniable benefits of strength training spanning from injury prevention to overall wellbeing. She was so inspired that she became a certified Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor and strives to create a fun, positive, and welcoming space for all participants. Join Meg to feel stronger, more confident, and full of energy after every class!
