To live life is to progress. Everyday is an opportunity to better ourselves mentally, spiritually, and physically. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, it is ultimately where you are going that is of utmost importance. As a personal trainer, it is my imperative to help my clients reach their individual physical potential through a combination of strength training, HIIT training, and functional training all while enjoying themselves and gaining confidence during the process. After graduating from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a BS in Kinesiology, I set out to not only be a personal trainer, but also a coach and mentor for my clients for all things fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle related.
