**I have been dancing my whole life, but fell in love with strength training in college. Learning how to supplement dance with functional training completely changed my life! My goal is to share this love of movement with my clients, while helping them to gain confidence in the gym and achieve their fitness goals.

**BFA in Dance from Point Park University, professional dancer, Teaching dance for 4+ years

**NASM certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group fitness instructor
